Question: Can you improve your gums.? .?
my dentist said that i have unhealthy gums and that they have receded from two years ago. is there a way i could reverse that.? I'm brushing my gums more and i already flossed but i'm trying to floss more deeply. any other advice.?Health Question & Answer

if you brush to hard it makes them receed more..
flossing is important too..
follow your dentist recommendation. drink lots of water and cut
