Is that right you have to have your dental completed within three months from your check up date NHS UK?!

Question: Is that right you have to have your dental completed within three months from your check up date NHS UK.?
... Just two weeks over due to make an appointment for fillings and have been told by the receptionist that Hubby and I have lost our money!

We didn't make an appointment after our check up, so I guess it's our own fault ... where did those three months go.?
