I not only had my braces tightened....BUT, they added the wires that connect the front braces to the back teeth.

i had my braces tightened yesterday, its normal, my bite feels wierd, and it always does when i get them tightened ;D, getting them taken out in 5 weeks!, after 2 and a half years ;(

ehh I had to deal with braces and the pain that comes with them, so I understand how you feel but just always keep in mind the reason why you have them because after I got mine off I loved my teeth I don't regret braces whatsoever. As far as the pain goes just take tylenol or ibuprofen and don't bite down too hard. Just stick to soft things I promise the pain will go away:]Health Question & Answer
