No Whitening....will make it worse by further eroding what you have.
Use MI paste.... http://www.gcamerica.com/mipaste.html
If your dentist doesn't carry it, you can get it on e-bay...
no milk allergy, lactose intolerant is ok
Use it up to 2 times a day, just spread it on, don't spit, or eat for 20 minutes or so....it WILL help!
