yes i cannot eat at first i had an n.g tube one that goes down your nose and into the stomach then a bag of nutrients is fed through a tube.now i have a peg tube this one goes straight into the stomach and it is hidden by my clothes.why can you not eat.?mine is through having cancer.Health Question & Answer

It depends on why you will not be able to eat or drink.If it is short term,like a few hours or days, you will be fine with an IV. If it is more long term, that will be up to your doctor.Health Question & Answer
