Braces....obsessed with broken brackets?!

Question: Braces....obsessed with broken brackets.?

So 2 weeks ago I went to my ortho for a normal appointment and she told me I had 2 broken brackets.I didn't even know!!Now I'm kinda obsessed with thinkinh how I'll break more and she'll get mad at me.I eat slowly and only food allowed.I brush my teeth very slowly and carefully.Any ideas how to get rid of thinking how I'll break another bracket all of the time.?Health Question & Answer

omg! everytime they take a wire off and have me go brush my teeth...it feels soo much better even though i still have my brackets on...idk y lol. but its not good to have broken brackets all the time...if you do, you go in the time it happens...dont be like me and wait till my actual appointment. just put it outside your mind...Health Question & Answer
