If you drink Coke a lot and forget to brush your teeth you have a chance that your teeth will get yellow over your braces. But I drank soda when I was wearing braces and now I have them off and they look fine. Just remember to brush and don't ruin your teeth drinking it all day and all night. No. I had braces for over 4 years and drank many different kinds of soda. I even drank coffee. The key is making sure you brush your teeth regularly. The only way you'd get brown spots on your teeth is if you don't take proper care of your teeth. You should be fine!Health Question & Answer
