its like a dull achy pain and it makes my jaw ach the gum around the tooth is NOT swollen and i have my wisdom teeth and they havent come in yet they hurt before and this is the same side of my mouth i have room for my wisdom teetth to come inHealth Question & Answer

It could very well be your wisdom teeth causing pain. You may want to have x-rays done to insure that they aren't coming in impacted - this causes pretty serious pain. Wisdom teeth don't really swell up either, unless they become infected. Usually pressure on an infection will make it hurt more, so it doesn't sound like that's what it is.
