Question: Grinding teeth...mouth piece alternative.?
Apparently, I grind my teeth in my sleep. Ive chipped my front teeth. The dentist today told me I need some sort of mouth piece specially made but cannot afford that. Are there any alternatives.?Health Question & Answer

I had same problem. Mouth piece is called "night guard" and it may be less expensive that what will happen to your teeth without it. Maybe you could try sports mouth piece that can be purchased at sporting goods stores or even Wal-Mart.Health Question & Answer
They told my Daughter the same thing. they wanted 800 dollars for it. We went to Wal-mart and found a mouth guard thing for 20 dollars.
