i have started to use the blue light to try to help keep my teeth white along with regular brushing i was just wondering are there any dangers to prolonged use with this blue laser light is it totally safe to use for a long time.?Health Question & Answer

blue light is not good.
ask your dentist about it, or ask that is there other way to keep teeth white.
maybe use toothpaste or strips.?which can help you.
btw if you still wanna use blue light you need to change all your "INLAY'S"

I don't know anything about blue light whitening. The thing to do, I think, would be to find out what light wavelengths are used (I think it is probably UV) and see if those wavelengths correspond to the wavelengths known to cause skin cancer from the sun. Then if they are, I would not use blue light whitening.Health Question & Answer
