Hi. I cannot stop drinking teas or coffees, but I always use a straw when drinking them. My teeth aren't yellow, but Im sure they can be whiter. I was planning on buying some teeth whitner. Would that be completely worthless if I drink teas and coffess with a straw.? Thanx =DHealth Question & Answer

Yup! My mom suggests that I do this because I drink teas and coffees daily. She's a dental hygenist. also, it's helpful to brush your teeth or chew whitening gum after you drink either one. My absolute favorite is Orbit White in Bubblemint!!! Hope this helps.Health Question & Answer
Personally, I drink coffee and tea but I make sure that I drink a LOT of water making sure that it keeps the coffee away from my teeth. I also chew a LOT of whitening gum. It can't hurt.
