I guess there are reconstructive dental surgeries. But for that you're looking at a lot of money and a lot of recovery time. You can do veneers (also expensive) if you just want to cover up the teeth with prettier ones. You can see if you can get a retainer to wear at night, or Invisalign, which is like a clear retainer.
