I second that. Ivory white is your best bet. I have also tried Ivory white and I can say that it is good. Tell your friend to avail their free trial and see what happens. It may take longer since his stains is from his childhood as you said, so i'll pressume it will take much longer to whitens his teeth, but I really believe Ivory white can have a positive result on him! well I can only speak from my own experience. I used Ivory white. Though it's not an instant like zoom it really whitens my teeth. also very very cheap. and I think they are still offering free trial. search for it. its worth a try.!
