In 2 months and 2 and a half weeks I'll be reunited with my fiance. Latly, I've been somewhat "preparing", I want to get my teeth white. Call me weird but, I've been brushing my teeth around 4 times a day with an electric toothbrush (Oral-b CrossAction Whitening Toothbrush), with Arm and Hammer "ADVANCE WHITE" Toothpaste (Garuntees 3 shades whiter per tube), and Crest Whitening rinse, again, four times a day, atleast. I've been doing this for over a week and I don't know if I'm seeing things but I notice a brighter color. In these next months what else can I do to get them really white.? Should I get PulseWhite 5 minute whitener and Crest White Strips to throw in to that bunch and use them everyday.? Tips tips tips please :D Health Question & Answer

what i did was use a cpl boxes of crest whitning strips.. they will i promise u give u noticabley whiter teeth for sure. but the whitning doesnt stay very long well for me it didn't at least i whiten them almost year round haha it deff wears down ur enamel but having white teeth are a neccasity Health Question & Answer

use baking soda only first to brush your teeth for 5 mins
use ordinary toothpaste 5min
