Sure. The difference is most likely just in the flavoring. A lot of adults still take Flintstone vitamins for kids just because they like them. You could also use some diluted hydrogen peroxide as mouth wash. It doesn't have the sweet taste of commercial mouthwash but it's inexpensive and effective. also remember that excessive amounts of flouride can be harmful, especially if ingested.Health Question & Answer
