Question: How to floss with braces on.?
I just got braces on the bottom of my mouth, and she told me how to floss but I sort of forgot, can anyone give me instructions on how to floss with braces.?

oh i hated flossing my teeth With braces.. you put the floss through the loop of the blue thing,. then you put the pointy part of the blue thing up through you braces and pull it up so that the floss is under your braces and then you floss...its a pain in the butt!

Call your orthodontist. That is what you are paying him for. Those little blue things are to thread the floss up under the braces. You should have been given a demonstration.Health Question & Answer
