Rose,
First of all you are to be congratulated for finally taking an interest in your oral Hygiene. You won't be sorry.
Now, in answer to your question. No, there isn't any product that will add to the enamel to make it thicker. That being said, you can make what you have stronger. Use a fluoride mouth rinse and fluoride toothpaste. The fluoride combines with the hydroxyapatite in the enamel to make it more resistant to acids [decay].
There's also a gum [Trident] you could chew that contains recaldent which might help also.Health Question & Answer

You can slowly rebuild your enamel with your diet. You need calcium, magnesium and vitamin d. Most American's are deficient in magnesium so go to a health food store and get some advise on what you need. Cut back on sugar and acidic foods and drinks. Nothing in your regular grocery store dental section will help you. Fluoride is a myth that it will protect your teeth from cavities. It's actually poison.

You also might want to look into organic keifer. It's a fermented yogurt drink that's very good for you because it's cultured with all the good enzymes that are killed when all dairy is heated (pasteurized). That's why, when you see african children, they have strong bright white teeth...they drink keifer. Health Question & Answer

You can restore tooth enamel one a good place to start is to use a a good tooth paste. People have various theories on what is best. Conventional wisdom is to use a toothpaste with liquid calcium and fluoride twice a day and to also use a fluoride mouth wash.
Alternative theories are to use plain soap or a glycerin free tooth powder to keep you teeth free so that the minerals in your saliva can remineralise your teeth.

It is true that saliva can do this but in order for it too the body must be in an alkaline state. This is achieved by eating a wholefood clean diet and avoiding junk food. It is also worth taking a supplement with calcium, Vit D3, zinc, silica and phosphorous if you can as these all help your body to remineralise your teeth.

Another option is to ask a dentist to use white composite filling to build up the teeth so they look more even, but give the more natural methods a chance first.

also bare in mind that it is natural for teeth to have some variation in tone etc. The teeth that we see on celebrities are more often than not veneers or chemically whitened.
They are unnatural and not really healthy so please try not to compare your own teeth to unrealistic hollywood standards. If you were to see those teeth in real like they would look odd and obviously unnatural.

Good Luck!Health Question & Answer
