A retainer will be made specifically to keep your teeth from moving and drifting once your braces are removed and you'll need it. Why would you want to do that.? You dentist will not be pleased. Those things unless made by an orthodontist (who will probably advise against it too) they can cause all kinds of dental problems. Plus they look stupid.Health Question & Answer
