Brushed too hard, ripped my gum?!

Question: Brushed too hard, ripped my gum.?
I was brushing my teeth quite hard and my gums on the bottom part of my teeth ripped and now its really painful.
Everytime I eat something it stings, and its difficult to move my bottom lip too much.
Does anyone know if there is something I can do make it heal faster or make the pain go away.

It ripped 5 days ago and the pain is getting worse.Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Buy a soft bristled tooth brush for one thing so you don't irritate it further.

Bonjela is a treatment for oral ulcers and teething - it's an oral anesthetic which will make it feel a lot better while it heels. Health Question & Answer

To make the pain go away then use something to numb it
they sell numbing liquids or creams in stores for your mouth,
Other advice-next time don't brush to frickin hard! your teeth arent fighting with you so theres no need to punish them! DUHH! just brush gently as if you were giving them a massage..mmm I could use one right about now! *rings bell*Health Question & Answer
