Palette extender HELP PLEASE!!!?!
Question: Palette extender HELP PLEASE!!!.?
About a week ago I got a palette extender put in my mouth to widen my upper jaw so that my teeth have room to move.Today I was talking and the right end of it popped off from around me teeth,I keep tying to put it back in place but it hurts to bite down on anything or push the extender up.I have to wait till Monday to do anything about it because the office I go to is closed on the weekend.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to maybe get it back in place.?If not what should I do.?Is there a certain way I need to eat.?HELP!!!Health Question & Answer

If I were you, I would gently try to wiggle the otherside off if you can and just let your orthodontist put it back in when u can get into the office. If you cant get it off... you may need to just stick to liquid foods for the rest of the weekend. Luckily theres just 1 more day till monday so it wont be too bad, good luck!Health Question & Answer
