I never floss and have plack in between teeth?!
Question: I never floss and have plack in between teeth.?
Im 16 years old and this is the 2nd or 3rd time its happened to me. I always went to the dentist and they cleaned it perfectly each time but we had to pay lots of money. Is there anyway I can get it off myself.? Like if I floss everyday for a month will the plack come off.?Health Question & Answer
Answers:
yes just a simple floss everyday as well as brushing your teeth will minimize plaque buildup.
to start off with, plaque can be easily removed by flossing, however as it remains on your tooth for a long period of time, it becomes an issue for the dentist because then it is harder to remove.

Health Question & Answer
I would floss every day and rinse with hydrogen peroxide. The peroxide is awsome and tends to kill the germs, makes your teeth whiter, and gets rid of plaque, as well as bad breath.
