It could be what you eat. I will give you an example. I went to the doctor because my manhood was orange. They ran tests on me and the tests come back negative. The doctor then asked me personal questions like do you smoke. I replied no. Do you exercise. I said yes. Do you drink. I said only a little bit. So then he asked about my personal life such as love, etc. I told him I don't have much of one. Usually I just rent a dirty movie and eat a bag of cheetos. So as you can see what you eat could affect you.Health Question & Answer

Did you discuss this with your dentist yet.?
When you say you brush really well-please make sure you are not abrading the top white layer of the teeth-enamel. Recently we are coming across lots of patients who get yellow teeth, as the second yellowish layer-dentin starts showing through the thin enamel.
Another reason of lower yellow teeth can be crowding in lower teeth, brush each tooth individually in vertical fashion if that's the case. And get some orthodontic help to get those straightened.Health Question & Answer
