I went to my dentist and he gave me something called DayWhite and it worked GREAT!!! They took impressions of my teeth then made molds similar to what invisalign trays look like and then I just put the DayWhite whitening stuff in them and use them for 30 min at a time and they worked great!!!Health Question & Answer
