I just got my braces taken off, and my parents won't let me get my teeth whitened by the dentist. They will, however, let me use whitening products. So, what are the best whitening gums, toothpastes, and strips.? How much do they cost.?

i really like: extra whitening (gum) and colgate whitening (tooth paste) and i have never used strips before.
