Question: I'm 24 years old and getting dentures..?
i had all my upper teeth pulled yesterday to get upper dentures. i had to have stitches on just about every tooth removed and its hard for me because i have to be on a liquid diet and soups.. i have not been hurting.can anyone here give me advice on how i can get use to not having teeth for about 4 weeks and let me know how you felt when you got dentures.. thank youHealth Question & Answer

Wow, I'm amazed at a 24-year-old getting dentures. Is it just the upper teeth or all of them.? What exactly was wrong with the teeth.?
Anyway, I can't give advice about living without teeth, but when I had stitches in my mouth and didn't want to chew much or do anything, I just ate extremely mushy foods and nothing too warm or cold. It sucks, and I don't think there's any way to make it better.
