Question: I have a small red/brownish spot in the inside of my cheek.?
could it be from biting my cheek maybe.? it doesnt hurt and it is not raised. I just noticed it today. I do have a slight post-nasal drip. Health Question & Answer

Yes i guess it would be from biting your cheek and/or having it rub raw from your teeth. If it doesn't hurt don't worry about it until something else happens. This can be solved by not thinking about it for a while, then look back at it, if it's better then great!, if it's not then decide if it needs more attention and decide off of that.
