Dental wax in a broken tooth?!

Question: Dental wax in a broken tooth.?
One of my molars broke and I'm not going to be able to get to a dentist for a couple weeks. The break made a piece of my tooth really sharp and it keeps rubbing my tongue raw. Would it be safe to put dental wax in the tooth to cover the sharp spot for a while.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
ABSOLUTLY! NO PROBLEM! THIS WILL PREVENT ABRASIONS! QUICK THINKING! :)
IF YOU BEGIN TO FEEL PAIN OR DISCOMFORT PLEASE CALL YOUR DENTIST AND GET A SOONER APPOINTMENT!
UNTIL THEN, WAX SHOULD BE OK, OR TRY AN OTC FILLING MATERIAL. SOLD AT ANY DRUG STORE. TRY ONE WITH CLOVE OIL!Health Question & Answer
