Lately my boyfriend has been picking on me about my teeth (they aren't perfect alignment-wise, but they aren't scary so I assume he's picking on the color). Is there an inexpensive way I can whiten them.? Health Question & Answer

Don't use Lemon Juice, the acid is horrible on your teeth and causes cavities. Brush with Baking Soda and diluted Hydrogen Peroxide twice a day and get the Crest Whitening strips. also, coffee, dark sodas, etc will stain your teeth worse.also getting dental cleanings every 6 months will make a big difference.Health Question & Answer
I used crest white strips. I got the ones for 10 days, twice a day for 30 min. On day 4 I got this horrible tooth pain and had to stop half way through. Although it did an amazing job at whitening. lemon juice, just rub a couple of drops onto your teeth. Its a natural bleach. I tried it, not sure if it work though as i wasn't consistent.Health Question & Answer
