How far would you go to stop toothache?!

I don't know if I have the stomach to do it myself. Maybe for someone else but not in my own mouth. I'd freak out and probably botch it.

I cannot believe the dentist wanted that much for an extraction. You must have been devastated to hear that price. Outrageous -- an extraction here in Canada doesn't really get above $140 unless you have an oral surgeon and an anesthesiologist, in which case each tooth can approach $300 to $500.

Iv'e known someone pull his own tooth with ordinary pliers!!!
The only time it's great to go to the dentists TOOTHACHE!!!!!!!!!!!!
