Question: Will a palate expander make my cheekbones more prominent.?
my upper jaw/palate is quite narrow and cheekbones are almost flat so i was wondering if i maybe should ask for a palate expander if this might help.

unless your jaw is really bad tou really don't want one they kill .it feels like it splits your jaw then food gets stuck and it falls out later i would'nt reccomend it unless you hate your jaw so much you could tolerate the pain.Health Question & Answer

Your pallet is soft tissue. An expander is not going to move the bones (at least not to the point of changing your facial bone structure.).Health Question & Answer
