Braces (or Invisalign) with an implant?!

Question: Braces (or Invisalign) with an implant.?
Is it possible to get braces or Invisalign if one of your teeth is an implant.? I'm thinking about replacing my crown (top front left) with an implant, but want to keep the option open of getting braces in the future as well. Is this possible.? I appreciate all knowledgable answers, and will award best answer.

That is a very good question. Implants cannot be moved orthodontically, because there is no periodontal ligament. The implant is fused to the bone. If you are ever going to get braces, you need to do it before the implant is placed.Health Question & Answer

Nope.....can't move implants with ortho.....defeats the purpose!Health Question & Answer
