the answer is that you do not twist or pull, you have someone else yank it out. the pain lasts for a second!! you can try sucking ice for a couple minutes before hand but it really isnt that bad and once you get it out i think you will be much much happierHealth Question & Answer

just keep wiggling it then hold on to it the grip tightly and lift slightly upward, like your going to pull it, but just enought to make it feel tight then twist a little... and keep repeating... just mess with it and it will fall out after youve messed with it and loosened it just enough.. well thats what happened to me in science class so hopefully it works for you

*note*
try not to pull your teeth in science class

Do not literally pull it out! With teeth, you never know and you might damage a nerve and THAT will hurt even more than anything right now. If it's extremely loose like you say, just hold out a bit longer, it's bound to fall off soon, maybe a day.? No longer than a week though. But if you can't wait, just use your tougue to gently jerk it back and forth and that will make it more loose. Good luck. :)Health Question & Answer

I know it isn't exactly pleasant, but you have to just grit your teeth (no pun intended) and just do it. Get a piece of gauze or tissue paper, grab it, and pull. It will be just a quick jab of pain, and then it will be gone. Health Question & Answer

few suggestions,,,,,just keep wiggling it until it gets looser and it will fall out quicker, bite into an apple with it or just have someone else yank it out, it will hurt for a second and then pain will be gone. Health Question & Answer

Hold it using a piece of kleenex to prevent your fingers from slipping and pull fast. There's no completely painless way to do it! Pull fast like a bandaid :)Health Question & Answer
