Question: Braces question.......?
I've had braces for over a year now and I have this tooth on the bottom that just seems to not budge. Having them for 13 months and it's so stubborn, they even put a special wire to help pull the tooth up and it doesn't seem to be working. Why is it going so slow and being so difficult.?Health Question & Answer

Trust me, your orthodontist knows what he/she is doing. My mouth was such a wreck and he's managed to fix every little issue that has arised. It might take a little longer, especially if you had alot of problems with your teeth to begin with. I've had my braces for four years now, but I'm so happy with the result.
You might need to wear rubberbands. Sometimes the wire doesn't work (this happened with me), and then you wear rubberbands for a few months, but your tooth comes up soooo quickly. My tooth came up in less then a month, but you have to wear the rubberbands to keep the tooth in place.
