Completely normal! You didn't feel pain yesterday because you'd had anaesthetic (they usually give you a local before you come round). It'll hurt for about a week, I'm surprised they didn't give you pain killers to take home.Health Question & Answer

Yes, everyone is different. They probably numbed it so you didn't feel everything when they were being extracted. It will be sore for a while. Just strictly follow the after care instructions.

I had one over due wisdom tooth pulled earlier this year. It hurt all the time and I couldn't get out of bed hardly. Once I had it pulled, I felt no pain whatsoever, not even from the dentists yanking my head and jaw around lol.Health Question & Answer

Yes its normal. I had 8 out in one day and didn't have any pain. For a week or so after I had to take painkillers several times a day. When I stopped taking them a few days later I had a lot of pain and had to take some more so just keep taking painkillers if it is sore.Health Question & Answer

Yes because your gums are bruised and will swell with the bruising thus will hurt more.
Wash your mouth out with warm salt water, that'll help and also help prevent infection too. And get some strong painkillers and take at regular intervals for at least another 3 daysHealth Question & Answer
