Answers:
It could be classified as an unerupted premolar and possibly impacted. Maintain good bruishing habits because if the gums are healthy the tooth will be healthy. After the surgical exposure it will take time to heal. Your dentist will have the best advice but I think it could be like a growing plant, you just have to take care of the area around it.Health Question & Answer

It's an impacted tooth.
There really isn't any way to speed up the process! But just think of what a nice smile you'll have when your braces finally come off!
If your teeth are moved too fast, it could cause major problems that could lead to teeth loss later in life!Health Question & Answer

I'm not really sure there is a name for it. I had the EXACT SAME problem and for some reason that tooth didn't have very good root on it either. Weird.

But, yeah, they sliced the gum open and down it dropped (sounds like your's didn't drop so easily, I'm sorry).Health Question & Answer

It just sounds like an impacted tooth.
You can ask them to cut it out and replace it with a veneer.
OR
Just wait it out, it won't take that long now that it has broken though. Health Question & Answer
