I got my braces tightened yesterday and now i have like 5 ulcers on the front bottom of my lips!! They hurt!! Have any suggestions or how to stop them and how to make them go away.?.?Health Question & Answer

when i had braces i used to get really painful sores on the inside of my bottom lip... if that's what you have.? if so, at night i would stuff cotton in between my braces and my bottom lip (sometimes the top if i had them there too) and by morning it healed A LOT and if you keep doing it for another day or so they will be completely gone. by doing that, it gives the inside of your mouth time to heal without rubbing against the braces. during the day use waxHealth Question & Answer
I've had braces myself and I totally understand what you're going through.
What advice I can tell you and which worked with me was to put wax on the braces that hurt you the most and where you have ulcers so it won't rub against your lips anymore.
As for your ulcers, rinse your mouth with very salted water often and it will help heal faster. Unfortunately, you cannot put oinment or cream but usually, salt does a great job.
