Does any one know the ingredients to toothpaste?!

When I saw your question I went and grabbed a tube that was in my bathroom. The brand is Arm & Hammer Fluoride Anti-Cavity Toothpaste (Maximum Strength Cleaning). Here is the ingredients list:

sodium fluoride (active ingredient), sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), water, glycerin, sodium saccharin, PEG-8, flavor, cellulose gum, sodium lauryl sulfate and sodium lauroyl sarcosinate (helps to loosen plaque from tooth surface)

I know that there are many types of toothpaste that are natural and have much less of the unpronouncable, scientific ingredients. These options may be found at stores like Whole Foods, and could help you experience less sensitivity.

There are many websites that talk about what all of the ingredients actually mean, I'm sure if you google each ingredient you will find endless information on each.
