Question: My retainers don't fit anymore. What should I do.?
I went to china for 2 1/2 weeks and I forgot my retainers at home. Since then, my teeth have shifted a little, and now I'm starting to get worried. I haven't seen my orthodontist since I got my braces off about 3 years ago. Should I just deal with the pain and force the retainers on my teeth.? Help please!Health Question & Answer
