Question: Gums have been bleeding when i brush teeth,and my gums have been getting a little sensitive. what could i do.?
i have been brushing my teeth and my gums bleed and my gums are sensitive and they tear...


i want to know what could i do.? or if its gum disease.? is it serious.?

Hello...yes indeed gum disease can be very serious,,on the other hand you may have nothing more than a poor diet or vitamin nutrition issue...You do of course need to see a dentist to verify which it is..If it's a vitamin deficiency you can take care of that by taking a daily vitamin that has vitamins A<B<C<D<E and Zinc in it...the change in the gum tissue will be fairly quick...Good luck and I wish you well.Health Question & Answer

I experienced this years ago and yes, it was a form of gum disease. See your dentist and he will probably send you to a periodontist. I would avoid surgery if there is another alternative.

same exact thing happened to me. all i did was:

1.floss
2.brush
3.rince with 'Advanced Listerene'
