Question: Have to wait for ages to get my braces on.?
my first appointment weas in august and that was the only one i've had so far. they've said i'm getting them on next time i go but i've got to wait till late november coz they're all booked up even though they normally put them on sometime in the next fortnight. :( they put me on a list of people who will get a different appointment if anyone else cancels. just wondering do you think its likely i will get an earlier appointment.? thanks for you help xxHealth Question & Answer

i am a dental nurse my advice is keep ringing them everyday they will get a cancellation but dont trust them to ring you they will probably forget at there always so busy and don worry its really easy procedure and will be worth it in the long term good luck xHealth Question & Answer
it does take time to actually get everything situated and ready. I started in Feb of this year with my first visit, I didnt get my braces on until May. Of course, I had teeth that had to be pulled, then I had to wait for all that to heal so dont rush it, you will get them soon enough and when you do, you will be asking questions on here about what to eat and the soreness that comes along with it. Just keep tylenol/motrin handy for the first few days and eat soft foods. Everything will be all back to normal in about 2 weeks.

iam 12 years and i got my braces on july 2008. how old r u.? u have to have a ur baby teeth out first too i thnk u should leave the appointment how it is
