Not black - stains teeth
I'd say white - makes brace seem invisible.
You have that mirror thing to check for food so it should be ok :P
Yellow will make your teeth look dirty.
I got baby blue ate curry when I got bored and it went green :P
Try orange or something and then you can change it 6 weeks later if you don't like it.
