Question: Can you help me please - BRACES question.?
I got braces last week (on bottom) and can barely eat anything! They had to put some concrete stuff on the bottom to stop my top teeth crashing onto the lower teeth so can't chew. They are putting them on the top at the end of month but don't know what to do. ThanksHealth Question & Answer

i had fixed braces top and bottom about a year ago, you will get used to them it can take several months. for the first four months i could only eat soft foods..now i am eating everything, apart from i cant bite into hard fruits. good luck!Health Question & Answer

They just take a while to get used to. If it's still difficult to eat things in a week or so you should go to you dentist.

Give it time and maybe speak to the Orthodontist about the chewing issue at your next appointment. I eat soft fish, liquids etc.Health Question & Answer
