Ok I just got braces & cant brush 3 times a day like they want and can only floss once a day. Is that bad?!

Answers:
Brush as often as you can, i don' think its necessary to floss just have mouthwash, you get your teeth polished after braces i think so i wouldn't whittle too much

I have had braces for about 2 yrs now.
Well there is mouthwash for spots just ask your ortho. for that.
and then to floss ask your ortho. to get you a special flossing tool or you can get a water pick.....they work great (You dont have to floss you just use the water pick)
at least try to brush your teeth 2 a day and then if your at school and you cant brush your teeth just rinse your mouth out with water. Thats what I do and it works pretty good.

Chillax!! :) You'll be fine as long as you make sure to brush your teeth at least twice a day. & try getting a little brush for your braces (they have them at a bunch of stores) that goes between your teeth. It's soo much easier than flossing, but it gets all the junk out between your teeth. I think they're called brush picks. You can get a Waterpik, too. It really helps.
