Braces are a pain, but soon you won't even realize you have them on. Every month when you get the bands changed it's not so bad..just when you get major things done and even then the pain goes away after a few days. It will all be worth it when you get them off and you see perfect teeth in the mirror!Health Question & Answer

They will probably hurt for awhile, they also hurt when you get them tightened.? If it rubs against your mouth try wax, or maybe eat some ice cream.? Good luck!? : ) Health Question & Answer
Don't know. Depends on if your teeth are hard or soft. Mine are soft. When i got mine on they hurt for like a month. Don't mean to scare you but it is true

I would say at least another week. But once the pain goes away you won't even notice them most of the time. Health Question & Answer
