I have this discoloration on my two front teeth and I think it might be..?!
Question: I have this discoloration on my two front teeth and I think it might be...?
Hypocalcification or Hypoplasia . I was kind of embarrassed because someone made a comment on how he thought it was plaque. I've always made a habit of brushing and flossing at least twice a day; I even carry floss in my purse! How does someone confuse discoloration and gunk build-up.? Is there any way to rectify these stains, whatever they may be.?Health Question & Answer

If it hypocalcification, it just means those parts of your teeth are not as hard as the rest and so have a whiter colour. The best thing you can do is brush your teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste. At night time, instead of rinsing it out, just spit, and let the residue stay on your teeth while you sleep - that will harden them and reduce the whiteness to a certain degree.
Tooth mousse is also quite good, and tastes great (my favorite is vanilla). If you are really concerned though, I suggest seeing your dentist or hygienist.Health Question & Answer

That sounds like what it is.
There's a newish product called Tooth Mousse that can sometimes remove the whiteness (it didn't work for me, but I must admit I didn't always put it on as regularly as necessary)
If you find a good way to get rid of it, let me know!
The guy who said he thought it was plaque doesn't sound very bright.Health Question & Answer
