You shouldn't use anything that contains adhesive-- so if the white strips are "sticky" then no you shouldn't use them on your new filling. Call your dentist to find out when the filling should be set so that you can do that.

You should wait until your filling has set before chewing sugarless, non-stick gum, because it can be hard on your teeth.

You should be able to brush normally.

yuo can do everything normally but make sure you dont have on any braces or any kind of that stuff and make sure you get the ones that desolve into the teeh which will seek inside the front of the enamel instead of sinking where you got your feelingHealth Question & Answer

i would chew gum until the next day after, and yeah you can brush normal.
dont use crest white stips. they dont help
they just weaken ur teeth.

chew gum but not too much
