How to deal with Braces pain?!

Question: How to deal with Braces pain.?

Earlier today, about 5 hours ago, i got my braces tightened and on my bottom teeth, i got a chain, a new wire (the chain is over the wire) and forces ! Which are little metal coils like rubber bands, here is a picture, but they are metal instead of rubber.
