When I talk, sometimes my jaw dislocates for a second, then gets back to normal. HELP!!!?!

Question: When I talk, sometimes my jaw dislocates for a second, then gets back to normal. HELP!!!.?
Sometimes, I would say a certain word or yawn a certain way, then my jaw on the right or left side would dislocate for a bout a second. Then I would move my jaw a little and it'll get back to normal. It feels VERY painful and it's like my jaw bone is RIGHT under my cheekbone. Very, very painful for a split second. My right side of the jaw has been cracked, like knuckle cracking, many times so it just feels uncomfortable on that side. On the left jaw side, it is the painful part because I don't crack that one.

Please help me on this situation! I have been getting many painful dislocations everyday. Thank you. Health Question & Answer
