Why does your breath smell so bad in the morning even after you have brushed that night?!

Question: Why does your breath smell so bad in the morning even after you have brushed that night.?
Answers:
It only takes a few cells of bacteria, left in your mouth after you brush to cause a stench. The cells multiply so rapidly in the moist warmth of your mouth. Your mouth is almost an ideal incubator for bacteria. So, by morning, a few cells have become a few million cells and the result is bad breath. Try flossing, and brushing your tongue. Your tongue is where most of the bacteria hide.Health Question & Answer

During the day, movement of the tongue and cheeks dislodges food debris and dead cells, and these are washed away by saliva. While we are asleep our tongue and cheeks dont move much, and the flow of saliva is reduced. The food debris stagnate in the mouth, and mouth bacteria rapidly break them dwn, releasing an unpleasant stale smell. Breathing through the mouth when sleeping tends to make this worse. morning breath normally disappears after breakfast, cleaning the teeth or rinsing the mouth with water. Health Question & Answer

it's because when your mouth is closed at night, germs are kept inside there and wont be released. it will keep building and building.
but i'm not saying that you shouldn't sleeep less, and you also shouldn't sleep with your mouth open. because if you sleep with your mouth open, bacteria can get inside. and just like that, you have a bad breath. everyone does so don't feeel bad. lol

Your mouth is a bacteria breeding ground. When you brush your teeth it does not get rid of all bacteria. Multiplies all night and smells bad. Health Question & Answer
