Have you ever thought about bleaching trays.? Well from experience, my mom has used bleaching trays, but they got no whiter than about a C1. (Refer to a dentist for whiting charts.) I would, in your case use bleaching trays to fix that problem right up. Bleaching trays are easy, quick, and extremely effective!! They are a bit of a hassle though, you do need to remember to wash them out or they become very yellow from all the colored residue you had on your teeth. I would consult with your dentist first before deciding to go along with this treatment. also, I would try to brush about 3 times a day, and after snacks and meals to also try to improve enamel color. Every persons teeth bleach differently. What you think is white could take a person 2 weeks and another person 5 months. There is really nothing to say how quickly a persons teeth can whiten. You can use Crest White Strips, and your teeth will bleach, but it depends on how you are. If you can be religious about bleaching 2 times a day for 30 min, they will work. If you want them done quickly, the more expensive route is in office bleaching, such as the Zoom 2 or Sapphire Whitening. Health Question & Answer
